Build fee and first-year totals
For 12 months of uninterrupted service: Core is $249.50 at kickoff, $249.50 on approval before launch, then 12 payments of $99: $1,687 in total. Plus: $499.50, $499.50, then 12 payments of $149: $2,787. Pro: $999.50, $999.50, then 12 payments of $199: $4,387. These are the first-year totals, not purchase prices. Continued service requires a signed annual renewal and ongoing monthly payments, but no repeat build fee. Tax and approved extras are separate.
The build and review
The first build is delivered for review within 21 business days after the deposit, agreed scope and required materials/access are received, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Client or third-party delays extend the schedule. Silence is not launch approval; monthly billing does not start before launch.
What counts as a page or update?
A custom page is one agreed, designed page/URL. A CMS option includes its separately stated entry allowance. One small update request covers up to five supplied text, image or link replacements on existing pages, within 30 minutes of work. Allowances reset each billing month, do not roll over and have no cash value. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are separate work.
Response targets mean an initial reply, not a guaranteed completion time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in Eastern Time. Priority scheduling is not 24/7 emergency support.
Connections and interactive features
Plus and Pro: One existing booking, scheduling or CRM service connected through its supported embed or standard form-to-service connection; OR one CMS collection with one entry layout and up to 10 initial entries. No custom API, two-way sync, account system or paid software is included.
Pro: One frontend feature agreed before kickoff: a filterable gallery, a product/service comparison, or a non-transactional estimate tool using client-approved rules. No checkout, customer accounts, sensitive-data collection or custom backend is included.
What happens after 12 months?
Each additional 12-month term requires a newly signed renewal agreement. We send the renewal offer at least 60 days before the current term ends, with reminders 30 and seven days before expiry if unsigned. The short renewal confirms the dates, monthly rate, services and original agreement; both parties sign and keep a copy. No repeat build fee applies. The monthly rate is fixed for each signed term; any renewal price increase needs at least 60 days’ notice and your signature.
There is no automatic renewal or month-to-month fallback. If you decline or do not sign, service and future monthly billing end at the current term’s stated end date, without a non-renewal fee. The managed website goes offline then; your domain/content/data remain yours under the export policy. An early exit during a signed term follows the cap below. Email info@sitecarve.com for cancellation or renewal questions.
Your domain and content
Your domain is registered in your name/account, with registration and renewal paid by you. Your supplied content and collected leads remain yours. Request a free standard export within 60 days after cancellation; our delivery target is 10 business days, even if a service balance is unpaid. That export excludes Sitecarve’s design, source code and reusable tools. The managed site comes offline when service ends; no Sitecarve domain-release fee applies.
Late payments and cancellation
No late fees, interest or reinstatement fees. A 15-day grace period applies. Suspension is no earlier than day 30 overdue, after at least seven days’ specific written notice; termination is no earlier than day 60, after a separate seven-day warning. New monthly fees stop during full suspension. Before launch, cancellation charges are limited to documented work and approved nonrecoverable costs, capped at the deposit until written completion approval; unused funds are refunded. During any signed 12-month term, early cancellation costs no more than the lesser of two monthly fees or the fees remaining in that term, in addition to accrued service charges and approved extras. No early-exit charge applies for our uncured material breach or our convenience termination. There is no fee for declining to renew and ending at the current term’s normal end date.
Extras and exclusions
Domain registration and renewal, third-party subscriptions and usage charges, paid media/fonts, photography, email mailboxes, paid advertising, recurring articles, link-building campaigns, custom backends, e-commerce and work beyond the agreed scope are not included. Third-party costs require your written approval and are paid directly by you where possible.
Additional work is quoted at $95/hour and needs your written approval before it begins. No rankings, AI citations, traffic or leads are guaranteed. Performance/indexing reviews are focused health checks, not ongoing marketing campaigns.
Before you sign
We confirm your page list, chosen feature, third-party costs and timeline in writing. This page explains the standard packages; your signed agreement and approved scope govern the project. Ask us about your project and terms.
