Getting here

Merchant City. The original concept places the hall eight minutes from Argyle Street, eleven from Queen Street, and twelve from Buchanan Street subway. These are illustrative directions, not live travel advice.

Step-free access

Street to floor, bar and accessible WC via Bell Street. No lift to the balcony. Four wheelchair spaces on a raised platform with clear sightlines; a companion ticket is free.

A little more comfort

Seating on request at standing shows. Assistance dogs welcome. Ear defenders behind the bar, and a quiet room off the foyer with the PA feed turned down.

Doors & curfew

Each show lists its doors time. Curfew is 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, midnight Friday and Saturday. Last entry is an hour before curfew.

Inside the hall

A staffed bar with non-alcoholic options. £2 cloakroom under the balcony, open until 15 minutes after the show. Photography is welcome; keep the view clear for the room.

Age & effects

Age restrictions are listed per show. Under 14s need an adult at all-ages shows. Challenge 25 at the bar. Strobe and haze may be part of performances; ask about access requirements.
