Every junction drawn at 1:5, key details mocked up full size in the workshop, followed by a coordinated tender package.

Percentages are cumulative: the full service shown is 22% of construction cost. Feasibility is a fixed fee, credited against concept if the project continues.
Programme lengths describe the original demonstration, not a guaranteed schedule.

Before you begin.
How long does a house take?
The original concept allows two and a half to three years for a one-off house, including design, consent and construction. An actual programme depends on the site and scope.
What happens at the first stage?
Feasibility tests whether the intended project fits the site. The useful result is a grounded decision about whether to continue.
Will the studio work outside the South West?
The practice concept prioritises projects within a day’s return journey from Bristol, so regular site visits remain part of the work.
What do the models do?
Physical models test scale and light. Full-size mock-ups test the junctions that decide how the building will actually be made.
